I want to say I had the best experience ever at Pizza Hut on wolf es in colonie because of our server, Colleen. My family was there on Sunday when we ended up getting evacuated because of a gas leek and only Colleen could possibly make that a good experience as opposed to the manager ,who seemed to be not equipped to handle this emergency airing , yet our favorite server Colleen could. perhaps the roles should be reversed. Honestly the only reason we keep coming is because our favorite server Colleen makes ius feel like family . I hope this reflects in how Colleen is treated by your corporation

Mom and I go to pizza hut on a regular basis. Every time we come in we have great pizza and great salad bar. All staff is extremely nice specially Colleen.

The pizza and was good and the wings were good. Actually had seating unlike a few places now. We don't have a pizza hut now in our county and it was nice to sit and eat with my family.

No good burgers, but the pizza was really pretty kind of good! I reunited with Joe from MacDonald's there and we had a blast! My only with is that the pool was bigger. I could only fit one foot in! And maybe place it somewhere else. The bathroom is a gross place for a pool! LOL

The service here is great the waitress that we had was very attentive to our needs, and was able to take care of us in a timely manner, and we were very impressed with everything when it came to the service of our meal. The ambience or atmosphere of the restaurant was a little lacking for some reason the lights keep flickering on and off which is concerning to me. I don't understand why they are doing that. They have a Christmas tree that is still up but they've now change the decorations for St. Patrick's Day , but I guess it's too which is there own. Finally, it just looks overall dark in there and I don't remember it being so dark for four in that restaurant but it very well may have been I just don't remember. The food itself was delicious. It just needed to be cut for some reason the pizza wasn't cut correctly so every time we went to take a slice of pizza we would have to re-cut the pizza with our knives that we had to ask for in order to make sure that the slice of pizza came out correctly . I will say that it's always delicious when we go there and today was no exception the food itself was absolutely wonderful so the reason why they drop in the one star was because we had to cut the pizza ourselves basically otherwise it was perfect so if you're ever in the area try them out I'm sure you will enjoy their food.
